The more you worry, the more you throw off the delicate balance of hormones required for health.

Just as there are external factors that play major roles in increasing our vibrations and maintaining positivity, there are also internal factors. By internal factors, i mean elements working within our body, blood and bones. To help discuss these factors, Husseina Omeiza is the featured writer for this article.
ENDORPHINS are produced by the body in response to stress, it is the body’s natural pain reliever. It’s released when we are in a relaxed state. This relaxed state could range from being at your beach house getting a tan while sipping cocktail to even visiting a museum in Paris touring the city you’ve always wanted to see or simply visiting the spa for a full blown body massage after a long week. These activities influences the release of endorphins and makes you generally happier and positive.
DOPAMINE also called the “feel good” hormone is secreted when you do things that simply make you feel good. Hobbies like cooking, taking a stroll, reading, traveling, exercising, listening to music etc. influence the release of the feel good hormone.
You know that positive feeling you get when you’ve had a good night rest and you feel you can now conquer the world? That is Serotonin at work. This guy is responsible for that. He helps stabilize our moods and just might be my favorite hormone because he is responsible for appetite and digestion.
You’re probably wondering “what about all that positive energy I get from my lover, pet and friends?” That is her royal highness lady OXYTOCIN aka “love hormone”. She is what bonds you and your lover, friends or pets. That is why some say “love is just a chemical reaction”. It promotes trust and empathy in relationships. She is on an all time high when you’re around people or things you love. So next time when you catch yourself daydreaming about a happy married life with a guy you just met three hours ago you know who to blame!
Technically we can’t control our hormones but we can definitely do things to influence them, so its safe to say positivity energy and happiness can be induced. However, what stimulates the happy hormones for you might be totally different from what stimulates mine. Maintaining all round positivity, keeping up with hobbies, spending time with people we care about brings happiness and laughter and this in turn gets one of these hormones pumping through your bloodstream for a positive high and premium laughter, after all laughter is the best medicine.

Nice but since we can’t control our hormones I guess it’s best to say we have no control over our moods being positive or negative.
The situations around us determines all that and how we react to it is up to us

We do have control to an extent. Some hormones are triggered by the activity we engage in, what we are doing, who we are around. Thanks for reading. Xo

Very nice!!! Really interesting. Next time i get mixed feelings about anything and try to blame myself, I’d put the whole blame on hormones 😅
